On Wednesday we began talking about the thought that the best decisions never happen by chance. There will be times in your life where you have a major decision to make. It could be about where you’ll go to school, what to do in a relationship, if you should quit your team, or any number of decisions that will weigh heavily on your heart. Because the decisions you make today will affect your life tomorrow, you must know how to make the best decisions even when it would be easier to flip a coin. To help you make the best decisions we talked about some things you need to do to make good decisions: pray, study God’s word, seek counsel, act on it.
This week do one of the following things.
1. Get a copy of “The Hour that Changes the World.” http://www.amazon.com/Hour-That-Changes-World-Practical/dp/0800793137/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1321196101&sr=8-1
This book will challenge you to spend an hour a day in prayer. It’s life changing.
2. If you’re having trouble making a decision right now, look into scripture or ask someone who has been further in life than you what they think about it.
3. If you’ve been holding off on following through with a decision you’ve made, act on it this week. Do what you know you should.
Have a great week!
